The MarraCashCard grants its holder admission to the presented attractions and the corresponding offers and discounts. This is subject to the card being valid. All attractions and services listed are contractually bound with the publisher to accept the card. Furthermore, the publisher will use all reasonable endeavors to facilitate admission or the use of other genuine discounts. However, the publisher shall not be responsible, or liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience, if any attraction, contrary to the terms of its contract with them, unlawfully and with no good cause, refuses admission or other genuine offers and discounts.
All and any complaints or claims for redress must be made directly to the attraction concerned.
The publisher have taken all reasonable care to ensure that only properly run and reputable attractions of good standing are within the MarraCashCard scheme. However the publisher shall not be liable for any deficiencies of service, quality of merchandise or health and safety at any particular attraction.
Holders of the MarraCashCard recognize and accept that they visit any attraction voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. The publisher is not in any way responsible for the conditions of the attractions or venues or third party acts or omissions at any attraction, venue or service.
Whilst the publisher will have used all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information contained on this web site is accurate, he shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or other inconvenience caused, in whole or part, by reliance upon such information and the user of the information does so at its own risk.
The MarraCashCard may only be used by the card’s signatory on consecutive days. It is non-refundable, unless the card is unsigned. No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards. If the card is unused, the buyer can send back the card to the address mentioned below while indicating when and where the card was bought. MCC will then refund the purchasing price.
